Good evening. I hope everyone is doing well. I wanted to share some things with you.

God works in mysterious ways. He wants us to do well and succeed. For those striving to obey His will, He promises we will prosper (Proverbs 11:24-26). Now, I never said it was going to be easy, but without Him giving you strength, imagine how hard it would be!

We all go through tough times and it’s in those times that we need to lean on the Lord the most. A lot of us do the opposite and that’s not what we need to do! Seek the Lord and ask for clarity. Ask for His guidance and His will. We don’t know what He has planned for us. We don’t know if he wants us to stand up for something we believe is right or to turn to something He has for us that He sees as the best. But what I do know is that we have to remember, it is on HIS time, not ours. We must have patience. And I understand it is soooo hard, trust me I know for a fact. My mentor teacher once told to me that ‘time is a gift’. That really stuck with me and when you think about it, that statement makes so much sense. We need to give time to pray, we need to give time to listen to Him, and we need time to articulate and gather our thoughts. When we pray, we have to make sure that we are praying for His will and not ours. What He gives us may not be what we particularly want, but it is what He sees fit.

Also, don’t ever take anything you have that is special to you for granted. Appreciate everyday and every moment. The enemy throws us curveballs. There are some we can hit but there are some that we can’t. Sometimes things are just out of our control. The reason may not make any sense or may not be rational. But things happen for a reason. Again, He works in mysterious ways. Who knows, that same special thing may be back even better than before, or something else may be on the way. Like I said, it takes patience on our part and let the Lord work!

I know I referenced a couple of verses from Proverbs 11 but the whole chapter keeps hitting me! So read that. If you have time, read the whole book! It’s amazing how the same passages hit you in different ways every time you read it! God be the Glory!

Ok, enough rambling…May the Lord Bless You All!
